National FOP Pre 65 Health Care Plan

The National FOP has designed a Pre-65 Health Insurance Plan for Retired Members who remain in Good Status with the FOP.
Members who retire in good standing with their agency and remain a member of their Lodge in good standing are eligible to join the Plan.
The Plan has 3 options, from Low Deductible High Premium to High Deductible Low Premium, which you can choose from depending on your needs.
The plan also offers Member only, Member + Spouse, Member + Children and Member + Family price options.
In addition to coverage prior to Medicare, the member can keep their spouse on the plan until they are eligible for Medicare where the member is older than the spouse.
The National FOP continues to work for the members and provide the best plans and programs.
